Update: After upgrading my phone model, the app now stopped being detecting my phone, rendering it and the car feature useless. Can I give it NO stars? The app is a mirroring app for Perodua cars & while useful to make use of the car infotainment screen, implementation is rough. Most of the time the phone could not be detected when connected necessitating a reboot of the phone. Regardless whether this is a car issue or a phone app issue, the experience was not smooth & painless as hoped.

Can't understand why need to use wire to use mirroring, when there is wireless mirroring tech on the market for years. And keep asking for allowing accessibility even though it had been allowed, and when successfully mirrored the phone, it keep on disconnecting automatically after a few minutes during driving and need to detect phone again, rendering the 'smartlink' function unusable. Basically can said the car is without GPS function, as the app to use to mirror is not working as intended.

Reason for 5 stars is that it can connect & run my gps app. But first must enable usb debug in developer mode in my phone settings. Once connected, If you don't want to run maps or waze under navigation, you can add your own gps app into 'More' section. Also it allows you to run the app while driving - unlike some apps that exits when you begin driving. After successful link, set this as default usb accessory, then enable draw over other apps, allow usage access & no battery restrict. Good luck
